With the last bit of winter holding on tight with snow flurries dancing in the air the first signs of spring are peeking through we are looking forward to the next season coming...
Planting is being planned though out spring - thinking not only this year about the produce we can sow - plant - grow - eat but also our environmental footprint - planting to enhance our wildlife around the pub. We are going to be planting more lavender and herbs for the dancing butterflies as well as buddleia's and wisteria to decorate the railings.
With spring being the season of development and change we are looking forward to our new chef, Dave Edwards. Dave will be keeping our values that we hold dear here at the pub and further developing our menu. We are excited for this next development in our menus.
The other changes happening this spring is that our 3 letting rooms should be finished in time for Easter. We looking forward to greeting all our staying customers.
Other changes this spring we are redecorating our toilets and replacing our outside furniture - so keep you eyes peeled for the next step in our development.
